Erich Stolz has been awarded the designation of a CTP - Certified Turnaround Professional. The CTP is the most difficult in the industry to achieve and is based on the results of an extensive interdisciplinary written exam, proof of practical experience, and letters of recommendations from satisfied clients. It is a tough designation to achieve: only about 500 individuals in the world hold the coveted CTP designation.

Erich is an innovative and versatile senior turnaround executive with over 20 years of broad-based international experience in several industries. He has turned around and managed companies from $12 million to $600 million in every stage of their life cycle. As a turnaround specialist, he has focused on business operational and financial restructuring, crisis management, and strategic renewal. His primary emphasis is on creating value for shareholders, investors, owners, and all stakeholders. Erich holds several degrees including MBA, MS in Engineering Management, and BA in Accounting/Finance. He also completed all requirements for a CTP - Certified Turnaround Professional. Erich worked overseas, is fluent in German, and has a basic understanding of the Dutch language.

A few example accomplishments:

• Orchestrated the turnaround of three U.S. divisions for a European private equity firm – grew revenues by $50 million and improved EBITDA from a $3.59 million loss to a $8.52 million profit
  
• Rebuilt a U.S.-based manufacturer from a struggling $12 million company with 0 profits and poor production value into a $74 million revenue and $12 million net profit high-growth company with lean operations and an aggressive market approach
  
• Transformed a $612 million public corporation with 6 operating divisions from a $60 million loss to a $60 million profit, and spearheaded its subsequent sale to Bosch Automotive Group
  
• For a Mercedes-Benz subsidiary, led the strategies that increased sales from $61 million to $289 million (375%), boosting profits from $0 to over $22 million
  
• Within a $400 million private equity firm, rebuilt a steel fabrication company and boosted sales by 34% to over $100 million, turning a $2 million loss into a $6 million profit
  
• Restructured the financial health of a $345 million private equity firm with 11 portfolio companies, and successfully sold restructured group to Siemens (Europe)
